Application Process
Each person, whether visually impaired
or sighted must complete an application packet including a
medical form. Applications are available in January of
each year.
You may request an application packet by
contacting the camp office at 800-662-7401 ext. 229. You may download applications and complete rules
and regulations by using the links below:
